Every Ikkaza piece is made to order by hand in India. Because each item is crafted specifically for you, please allow time for production before shipment.

Production & Lead Times

Most pieces take 15–20 business days to produce before dispatch. Custom colour or size orders may take up to 28 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

• United Kingdom: 3–8 business days after dispatch
• United States & Canada: 3–8 business days after dispatch
• Europe: 3–8 business days after dispatch
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days after dispatch
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all of our products above $200.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. All orders are shipped with a tracked and insured courier service.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
