Every IKKAZA piece is made to order by hand in India. Because each item is crafted specifically for you, please allow time for production before shipment.

Production & Lead Times

Most pieces take 15–20 business days to produce and dispatch. Custom colour or size orders may require additional production time. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

International transit typically takes 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on all of our products.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. All orders are shipped using a tracked and insured courier service.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Rates vary by destination, so we recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
